This way you can focus on a target market as oppose to anybody and everybody. When executed correctly, blogs can also give you the chance to build an informal relationship with customers.

Sticking with the new generation, podcasts have become a great way to reach people. Podcasts are audio programs that can be downloaded and played at any time on an MP3 player or a computer. There is a wide array of podcasts from dog training to starting a successful internet business. It keeps people entertained and they can listen to it virtually anywhere.

The final place to consider using web 2.0 for marketing is in forums. Forums, much like blogs, give you the opportunity to focus on a specific niche as there are thousands of forums that are all categorized. In addition to this, you can also build relationships and gain people’s trust with forums. It gives you the chance to talk about your niche without having to make a hard sale.

Web 2.0 marketing is the new marketing wave of the future. As the internet continues to evolve, so must you to stay with the grueling competition.
