Our CIO

Frank J Klein, Vice President and CIO of Relativity, is an accomplished and accredited professional with over 40 years of professional service throughout the United States. As VP and CIO of Relativity, Klein brings a robust degree of expertise and knowledge in Technology, Strategic Vision Planning, Project Management, NT Network Architecture Design and Development, Systems Migrations and ATM Fiber Optic Network Administration.

Mr. Klein has successfully served as the former Pueblo School District 60 Assistant Superintendent of Information Systems, Brighton School District MIS - Supervisor of Technology, Delta School District Coordinator of Testing and Assessment Lab, Delta School District WICAT Lab, Delta-Montrose Area
Voc-Tech / Special Populations Coordinator and as an Educational Facilitator. In addition to his professional services, Klein has also been successfully self-employed, owning several small businesses, and has honorably served the United States Navy as a Submarine Service Technician.

Klein’s dedication and “outside the box” approach to technology solutions has
been state recognized by the Colorado Association of Leaders in Educational Technology and by the Colorado State University Systems. In addition, Mr. Klein has been recognized as an advocate and leader throughout the Pueblo community as a past Board President for Pueblo Goodwill Industries and a board member for Pueblo Technology Alliance, Catholic Charities, and the Pueblo Hispanic Education Foundation.
